  • Co-ordination of broking activities i.e client renewals, claims processing, handling client complains, monitor portfolios
  • Credit control and premium collections
  • New product development
  • Business creation- identify new business opportunities
  • Budgeting and forecasting draw operations reports and when required -This also involves reports that may be required for financial reporting audit regulatory compliance purposes
  • Develop and review quality standards and business procedures manuals
  • Assist in any internal audit systems procedures and exercises as required
  • Responsible for communication and working relationships between team and underwriting companies and other service providers i.e assessors, premium financiers
  • Client liaison and engagements
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree in Insurance and Risk management or equivalent
A Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
At least 3 years working experience one year of which should be in a technical and supervisory role
